Each military pharmacy’s prescription refill line may be unavailable for about two hours. If you call the prescription refill line at this time, you will hear a busy signal. Please wait and call back to complete your refill later.  
You may still use the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal to refill your prescriptions.  
You may report issues to the DHA Global Service Center by calling 800-600-9332.

Walk-In Contraceptive Services

Get all your contraceptive care in one place: the 355th Medical Group Women’s Health Clinic.

The Patients In Need of Contraception (PINC) Clinic is open Mondays, 8-11 a.m., excluding holidays and wing family days.

The PINC Clinic is open to TRICARE beneficiaries ages 18 and older.

** Male patients interested in vasectomies or education about sexual practices or sexually transmitted infections should see their PCM.

  • Birth Control Refills
  • Emergency Contraception (Plan B) – available at the base pharmacy without a prescription

How it Works

No appointment necessary; walk-ins are welcome. Check-in starts at 8 a.m. and ends at 11 a.m., or when patient capacity is reached.
