Each military pharmacy’s prescription refill line may be unavailable for about two hours. If you call the prescription refill line at this time, you will hear a busy signal. Please wait and call back to complete your refill later.  
You may still use the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal to refill your prescriptions.  
You may report issues to the DHA Global Service Center by calling 800-600-9332.

Human Performance and Nutritional Medicine

We provide a holistic approach to community health education while fostering environments that support healthy lifestyle behaviors. We aim for our customers to achieve a healthy, balanced and optimal life. Our services are available to all active duty service members, National Guard and Reserve, family members, retirees and Department of Defense civilians. All services are free. The nutritional medicine clinic is self-referral. Contact the call center or book nutritional medicine appointments online using the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal. Requests for the Bod Pod service should be made by calling directly. We provide several group classes, outreach, and have numerous resources to assist you in your health and wellness journey.
